Delivery and Returns Policy
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. All Aspire Ireland products are shipped in a padded envelope or bag. All orders placed before 8:30am Monday to Friday are shipped the same day using DPD. This means that for all orders your Aspire Ireland order is likely to be with you the following day, however please allow up to 5 working days for your package to arrive before contacting our customer services team on +353 (0)1 450 4642. Please remember that DPD do not deliver on a Sunday.
For incorrect orders, faulty goods or damaged goods please email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase. Where goods are found to be faulty or damaged you are entitled to replacement goods. If you change your mind after payment please be aware that as a company we adhere to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Again, please get in touch within 14 days and we will be happy to offer you a full refund providing goods are sent back to us unopened.
If you are returning faulty or damaged goods to us then please send them to the address provided by customer support.
